On the 2nd May 2024 the team made by Academic Registrar,HOD in General nursing and Career Guidance Officer had discussion on career development with Midwifery Students, Y1 April intake.
The discussion Topic was”Professionalism and personal growth: Nurturing the future of Midwifery Practice“.
The purpose was to provide guidance to the specific behavior s and attitudes that students should cultivate to succeed in their career, emphasizing the aspects of professional development with ethical behavior and the role of midwives in society.
Different discussion sessions will be conducted weekly according to the academic timetable throughout each year of study.
These sessions are integral to reinforcing essential skills and knowledge in all departments, ensuring students are equipped with the competencies needed to excel in their careers.
